The Cand Motor Crusher solves the issue of solid materials accumulating at the bottom of the tank and in the drain pipes, which previously required stopping the process for removal. By rotating cutter blades directly attached to the motor shaft at high speeds (1,000 to 3,600 rpm), it collides the robust cutter blades with the solid materials, grinding and crushing them. The angle, number of blades, and number of stages of the cutter blades are selected based on the size and properties of the raw solid materials, as well as the size of the crushed solids.
